House Rules – Please Read Before Booking We kindly ask that all guests respect the following guidelines to help ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for everyone. ⸻ 🚭 No Smoking Indoors Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. You may smoke ONLY on the balcony, and must use the ashtray provided. 🚫 Do not throw cigarettes or any items over the balcony, and please do not extinguish cigarettes on the balcony floors. ⸻ 🎉 No Parties / Noise Policy • Absolutely no loud parties. Small, respectful social gatherings are welcome. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep music and all noise to a minimum during these hours to respect our neighbors. ⸻ 🏊 Pool Area Rules • No glassware at the pool. We’ve provided plastic cups for your convenience. • Please use the provided pool towels instead of bath towels when visiting the pool. ⸻ 🔑 Lost Keys / Lockouts • Please do not lose any keys. There is a $150 replacement fee per lost key. • Lockouts will result in a $250 lockout fee. • If you are locked out or lose your key, contact your host immediately—we are available 24/7. ⸻ 📞 Communication All communication regarding your stay should go directly through your host. We’re here around the clock to assist with anything you need—questions, concerns, or special requests. Please treat the apartment with care and respect, and enjoy every moment of your time here. 🚗 Parking Information We offer on-site registered parking for one vehicle only at $25 per day. • Registration and payment must be completed before arrival. • To register, please provide your vehicle’s Year, Make, Model, Color, State, and License Plate Number. 🚙 For additional vehicles, there is public parking just one block from the building for $15 per day (no registration required).
