The property was super clean, very spacious and had all the amenities to make it a comfortable stay. The pool was lovely too. The area is perfect also. Did not dislike anything.

10/10 couldn't say a bad thing about the place! Was clean top to bottom, perfect location! To top it off the service provided by Rene was 100/10! An absolute gentleman that provided plenty information for things to do and places to go! Would 100% stay here again or any other properties that are provided by the host!

The apartment was amazing, I had a short 2 night stay but it was perfect, spacious, clean, the building is also great with so many amenities. Rene was great checking us in and telling us all about the area, location is also perfect, near restaurants and popular places in Miami, Elise was so attentive as well and I would for sure stay there again for future times!!

The location of this property is perfect for exploring on foot. It’s close to everything. The apartment is bright, spacious, and clean, with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable, whether it’s for a few days or longer. Rene is easily one of the best hosts I've had the pleasure of working with. He was always reachable by text, made sure we were comfortable, and arranged transportation to and from our arrival and departure points. An excellent choice 👌

Our family was unexpectedly stranded in the US due to a winter storm, and this last‑minute booking turned out to be the best part of a stressful situation. Rene made everything seamless. He was incredibly responsive, provided clear instructions, and was extremely accommodating with our uncertain arrival time. He even met us personally at the apartment to ensure we were settled and had everything we needed.
Months later, we’re still dealing with a parking violation (despite having paid for parking), and Rene continues to help us navigate the issue. It’s rare to find hosts who genuinely care for their guests the way he does — truly a 12/10 for customer service.
The apartment itself is stunning: beautifully decorated, spacious, and fully equipped with everything a family might need. The building is secure and offers excellent facilities, including a pool and gym. We only stayed one night, but we would happily return on our next trip to Miami. Nothing - everything was amazing.

It was a great location. Shopping and restaurants were very close. Parking was a little challenging as the owner couldn’t meet us until 15 minutes after our time slot. We had to circle to wait for him.

Acomodação perfeita! Localização incrível, perto de lojas, restaurantes, supermercados, estação do metromover. O apartamento era muito espaçoso, exatamente como descrito no anúncio. Totalmente equipado, com todos os utensílios de cozinha, TVs e alexas em todos os ambientes. Quartos e banheiros muito confortáveis, com roupas de cama e banho limpíssimas e cheirosas. Rene foi muito gentil, atencioso e prestativo, nos respondendo rapidamente a todas as nossas solicitações. Limpeza impecável! Enfim, recomendo e voltarei sempre que possível. Não houve nada que eu não gostasse

O apartamento é excelente, bonito, limpo, confortável e a localização é excelente. Podemos deixar o carro no mesmo edifício (pagamento extra). O René foi super simpático. Próxima vez que for a Miami escolherei o mesmo apartamento.
