Rene gave us a great introductory tour and waited late into the evening for us because our flight was delayed. The apartment was great just as the pictures showed. It is in a safe and convenient location making it easy to get around. We would highly recommend this property.

This place is incredible. The apartment has everything you need in the perfect location with panoramic city views. The facilities are first class and Rene was the perfect host. If we visit Miami again we'd be back here 100%

Rene helped me as soon as I got out of my car and showed me everything and even helped me with my luggage. He also made sure to check in and see if we needed anything and always responded and I truly appreciated the stay. It was insanely beautiful even with the views and we had a wonderful time:)

Rene and Elise were incredibly accommodating hosts. They were helpful when we had to cancel with short notice due to the FAA shutdown in October, and were even kind enough to allow us to credit that deposit toward a new stay. The condo was fantastic and exactly as described. These hosts went above and beyond at every turn and we would definitely stay with them again!

Excellent séjour dans le logement de René et Élise. L'appartement est top ! Conforme à la description et aux photos. Une très belle découverte de Miami avec une vue plongeante sur Miami by night du 32 ème étage !
Situé au pied d'une station du Metromover et à 2mn de la baie et du Bayside Marketplace.
Les espaces communs sont top, piscine, salle de sport et espace de travail.

It was a great location. Shopping and restaurants were very close. Parking was a little challenging as the owner couldn’t meet us until 15 minutes after our time slot. We had to circle to wait for him.

Acomodação perfeita! Localização incrível, perto de lojas, restaurantes, supermercados, estação do metromover. O apartamento era muito espaçoso, exatamente como descrito no anúncio. Totalmente equipado, com todos os utensílios de cozinha, TVs e alexas em todos os ambientes. Quartos e banheiros muito confortáveis, com roupas de cama e banho limpíssimas e cheirosas. Rene foi muito gentil, atencioso e prestativo, nos respondendo rapidamente a todas as nossas solicitações. Limpeza impecável! Enfim, recomendo e voltarei sempre que possível. Não houve nada que eu não gostasse

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The host was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with from the beginning. He kindly picked us up from the airport and drove us to the apartment, which was complimentary and very much appreciated.
The apartment itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed access to the pool, which was a great added benefit. The location was convenient and made it easy to walk around and explore the area.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

We had such a wonderful stay! Renee and Elise were incredibly responsive and kept clear communication with us throughout our stay. The home matched the listing exactly, was spotless, and beautifully decorated, it felt stylish and welcoming. They also provided plenty of recommendations around the area, which we really appreciated. They truly made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Would happily book again!

O apartamento é excelente, bonito, limpo, confortável e a localização é excelente. Podemos deixar o carro no mesmo edifício (pagamento extra). O René foi super simpático. Próxima vez que for a Miami escolherei o mesmo apartamento.
